Payment Methods ・Bank Transfer
After placing your order, you will receive an email with payment instructions, including bank details. If payment is not completed within five business days, your order will be canceled.

・Credit Card
Payments are processed via Stripe. After placing your order, you will be redirected to the Stripe payment page to complete your payment. The payment date will follow the schedule set by your credit card company or financial institution.
Cancellation Policy Three days before the scheduled date: 30% of the fee.
The day before the scheduled date: 50% of the fee.
On the scheduled date or no notice: 100% of the fee.
Refund Policy Due to the nature of the service, refunds or returns are not accepted. Please carefully review the details before making a reservation.

Other Fees Consumption tax, shipping fees, and bank transfer fees.
Delivery Timeline For completed products: Shipped within five business days after payment confirmation.

For custom-made products: Production begins after the order is confirmed, and delivery will take approximately one month. Once the completion date is finalized, we will notify you by email or phone.
