class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><br><strong>\u00ab\u00a0Respirez comme un lever de soleil\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Inspirez par le nez, marquez une pause d\u2019environ trois secondes pour savourer la sensation, puis commencez \u00e0 expirer.<br>Apr\u00e8s avoir expir\u00e9, faites \u00e0 nouveau une pause d\u2019environ trois secondes avant d\u2019inspirer \u00e0 nouveau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette m\u00e9thode permet d\u2019allonger encore davantage la respiration.<br>La <strong>\u00ab pause de trois secondes \u00bb<\/strong> apr\u00e8s chaque mouvement ne signifie pas retenir son souffle.<br>Il s\u2019agit plut\u00f4t de passer naturellement et en douceur d\u2019une phase \u00e0 l\u2019autre, \u00e0 l\u2019image du lever de soleil qui se l\u00e8ve lentement et paisiblement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><br><strong>\u00ab\u00a0Concentrez-vous sur votre respiration\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>On dit que la copie de sutra aide \u00e0 d\u00e9tendre le corps et l\u2019esprit en induisant un \u00e9tat m\u00e9ditatif.<br>Elle favorise \u00e9galement la lib\u00e9ration de b\u00eata-endorphines, une substance c\u00e9r\u00e9brale (soit un total de 210 caract\u00e8res) attribu\u00e9s \u00e0 Gish\u014d, le fondateur de l\u2019\u00e9cole Kegon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les caract\u00e8res sont dispos\u00e9s en format carr\u00e9, formant un motif semblable \u00e0 un labyrinthe qui se lit du centre vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur.
