l&rsquo;honneur d&rsquo;accueillir Dr. Yasuhiro Mochizuki, chercheur au RIKEN Center for Brain Science.<br>En plus de ses travaux de recherche, le Dr. Mochizuki se consacre profond\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude des pratiques anciennes du Shugend\u014d de style Haguro et d\u00e9tient le rang de \u00ab\u00a0Go-do-i\u00a0\u00bb (guide de cinqui\u00e8me niveau).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette fois-ci, le Dr. Mochizuki nous a offert une conf\u00e9rence fascinante sous l\u2019angle des neurosciences !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"759\" programme du Shugend\u014d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il l\u2019a d\u00e9crit ainsi :<br><em>\u00ab\u00a0Tout comme nous importons des l\u00e9gumes \u00e9trangers (pleine conscience) et les consommons, nous pouvons aussi pratiquer une durabilit\u00e9 locale en utilisant des l\u00e9gumes natifs (Shugend\u014d).\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les deux pratiques peuvent \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9es de Satoshi Hasegawa, pratiquant de Shugend\u014d.<br>L\u2019atelier a d\u00e9but\u00e9 par le son profond du horagai (coquillage conque), une invocation destin\u00e9e \u00e0 chasser les \u00e9nergies n\u00e9gatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019accent a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur des m\u00e9thodes simples permettant d\u2019harmoniser l\u2019esprit et le corps, et qui peuvent \u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9es dans la vie quotidienne, sans avoir \u00e0 se retirer en montagne !<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00ab Exercices des os \u00bb<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div souvent \u00e0 endurer la douleur pour allonger les muscles de force.<br>Cependant, dans le Shugend\u014d, l\u2019accent est mis sur le mouvement des os et des articulations, tout en savourant une sensation de bien-\u00eatre.<br>Cette approche consciente de l\u2019exercice est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment fondamental de la pratique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les participants ont accueilli cette exp\u00e9rience est enroul\u00e9e autour du corps, et de l\u00e9gers mouvements permettent d\u2019ajuster l\u2019\u00e9quilibre corporel.<br>Cette m\u00e9thode aide \u00e0 soulager les raideurs, les douleurs et la fatigue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec une simple corde, les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tonn\u00e9s de constater par eux-m\u00eames les effets de cette pratique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 s\u2019observaient de loin, une sensation proche d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience de d\u00e9tachement du corps.<br>Cela leur a permis de cultiver une clart\u00e9 mentale rafra\u00eechissante, appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0suk\u0101n\u00a0\u00bb (un esprit l\u00e9ger et d\u00e9gag\u00e9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils ont lev\u00e9 la t\u00eate dans un rel\u00e2chement total, un \u00ab\u00a0pok\u0101n\u00a0\u00bb naturel, puis ont expir\u00e9 profond\u00e9ment avec un \u00ab\u00a0haaah\u00a0\u00bb, ressentant un soulagement qui s\u2019\u00e9tendait de la nuque aux \u00e9paules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En se concentrant intens\u00e9ment, les participants ont observ\u00e9 la sensation de leur souffle entrant dans le tanden (le centre \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique situ\u00e9 sous le nombril), apportant une profonde paix int\u00e9rieure et une grande stabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il \u00e9tait difficile de mettre cette exp\u00e9rience en mots\u2026 mais plusieurs techniques de respiration ont \u00e9t\u00e9 introduites lors de la conf\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi elles, une respiration particuli\u00e8rement marquante, un \u00ab\u00a0haaah\u00a0\u00bb qui n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas un soupir, a procur\u00e9 une immense satisfaction et un profond bien-\u00eatre !<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Devenez le chercheur de votre propre esprit et corps, et observez-vous attentivement dans les moindres d\u00e9tails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En proc\u00e9dant ainsi, vous pouvez prendre conscience de g\u00eanes physiques ou de d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres que vous aviez peut-\u00eatre ignor\u00e9s jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent.<br>Cette exp\u00e9rience m&rsquo;a inspir\u00e9 \u00e0 porter une attention consciente aux gestes du quotidien comme \u00ab\u00a0se tenir debout\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0s&rsquo;asseoir\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0marcher\u00a0\u00bb, sans forcer mon corps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque le corps adopte un \u00e9tat naturel, il semble que l&rsquo;esprit suive naturellement, menant ainsi \u00e0 un profond sentiment de bien-\u00eatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019atelier a commenc\u00e9 et s\u2019est termin\u00e9 par le son profond du horagai (coquillage conque).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me session de la s\u00e9rie \u00ab\u00a0Shugend\u014d\u00a0\u00bb s\u2019est achev\u00e9e avec succ\u00e8s.<br>Un immense merci \u00e0 tous les participants, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe de Crossbe pour son soutien dans la mise en
